Y-Fenni 150g Truckle

Y Fenni cheese takes a traditional Welsh cheddar and blends it with wholegrain mustard and a splash of ale, giving it a rounded, savoury bite that's stronger than a plain cheddar but never overpowering. We make ours here in Worcester, coated in its signature pale wax, and it's become one of our most popular cheeses for cheese boards, sandwiches, and cheese wedding cakes. It's fully vegetarian and made with pasteurised milk.
